REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CHILD PROTECTION CONSULTANCY FIRMS/COMPANIES

Save the Children International wishes to invite all interested, eligible and qualified firms to submit applications for purposes of pre-qualifying firms/companies for provision of Child Protection Consultancy services under the listed categories for the period 2018-2019.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FORPREQUALIFICATION

Experience

Prospective bidders shall have atleast 3 years’experience in the provision of the services and allied items incase of potential supplier/contractor should show competence,willingness and capacity to service the contract. Prospective providers should possess special experience and capability to deliver the services at short notice.

Profile &Personnel

The Consultant firm shall provide the profile of the company and the CVs of key  technical staff to demonstrate that they have qualified staff to carry out the required assignment.

PastPerformance

Past performance will be given due consideration in prequalifying bidders.Letter of reference or contracts from past clients should be included.

Registration

The firm must have a fixed Business Premise and must be registered in Somalia with a Certificate of Registration, Profile, Incorporation/Memorandum and articles of Association, copies must be attached.

Application Procedures

Completed application documents must be submittedin plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the category reference number and title. The document scan be delivered and deposited in the tender boxes a tanyo four offices in Central and South Somalia or submitted by email to CSS.LOGISTICS@savethechildren.orgAll application documents MUST be received on or before 3:00pm on Tuesday 20th April 2018.
