  1. The Ministry of Reconciliation and federalism, Galmudug state of Somalia invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Ministry of Reconciliation and Federalism office

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Act, 23 November 2015 and the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Regulations, 2016 and is open to all bidders as defined in the Regulations and Standard procurement Document (SBD)

  1. Candidates must prove that they qualify to participate in public procurement by providing the following documentation which shall comprise the candidate’s bid.
  2. Completed Letter of Bid
  3. Completed Bid Information Form
  4. Completed Bid-Securing Declaration
  5. Completed BOQ: please fill only the price section and insert the letter head of your company in the upper section, then stamp and date in the lowest section.
  6. Submit Work Plan Schedule
  7. Documentary evidence demonstrating legal status and ability to operate in Somalia, such as a valid Certificate of Company Registration.
  8. Financial Statements for the last 2 years demonstrating of annual turnover of a minimum $USD 50,000 (financial capacity). In the event that financial statements have not been produced by the bidder, Bank statements for the last 24 months must be submitted to evidence turnover.
  9. Documentary evidence demonstrating of at least 3 years’ experience of similar assignment and previous work experience in Africa region and conflict/post-conflict countries.

  12. Bidders willing to submitted electronic documents, should submit stamped and dated documents on PDF format only. Other formats will not be accepted.
  13. Documents without stamp and date will not be accepted
  14. Bidders willing to submit their documents by hand should seal and stamp the envelop with one original document and 2 copies.
