We are looking for hotel and restaurant manager, that is responsible for managing employees and for planing, marketing, coordinating, and administering hotel service such as catering and accommodation facilities.

Job responsibilities

·      Plan and organize accommodation, catering and other hotel service
·      Promote and market the business
·      Manage budget and financial plans, and control expenditure
·      Set and achieve sales and profit target
·      recruit, train and monitor staff
·      Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
·      Deal with customer complaints and accordingly
·      Ensure events and conferences runs smoothly
·      Deal with contracts and supplies
·      Ensure security is effective

Job requirement

·      Years of work experience in the field
·      Proven bachelor´s degree, diploma with on the job training; certificate, associate´s
