Duties and responsibilities.
- Work closely with clients by contacting them, visiting them and taking time to ask questions about what they need.
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Work with platinum academy.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Make research about potential clients and create Leads.
- Schedule meetings and arrange meeting location and time table.
- Alert board about cancelations and new meetings.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare statistical reports
- Manage spreadsheets and create financial reports.
- Coordinate office management activities.
- Prepare office budgets.
- Degree in business administration, marketing, economics, Technology or any other field.
- Experience in management, operations, and Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Being tech savvy, and have the ability to learn technology pretty easily.
- English language both speaking and writing.
- Being curious and have the ability to learn new things easily.
- The ability to explain anything to anyone.
