|Qualification||Bachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the position roles & responsibilities is required..|
|Sector experience||Minimum of 6 years of demonstrable relevant Human Resources experience and/or minimum of 6 years of demonstrable relevant Procurement & Supply Chain experience.|
|Geographical experience||Minimum of 6 year of experience in Africa (essential).|
|Language||Fluency in English and Somali are essential.|
