Introduction
This course is meant to equip participants with knowledge of good Sales and Marketing practices. The course will also equip participants with the ability to understand the Primary functional areas of sales and marketing. The participants will also explore the Sales/Marketing process and understanding customer needs. At the end of the course, participants will learn secrets of selling and the big Sales mistakes, Sales Vs. He is an entrepreneur that possesses over ten years of professional experience, acquiring extensive knowledge of financial management and business development, with quantifiable accomplishments in business coaching, strategic planning, capacity building, and mentoring. His expertise extends from public to private sector development, working with various ministries as a capacity developer and strategic planner. Ahmed also worked with Shuraako, Shaqodoon and Hargeisa Digital as business developer and mentor. Additionally, Ahmed was the lead consultant, in Dahabshiil business development project, where he provided business support and training for all sales and marketing employees. |
